Robert Kocharyan issues Army Day message
Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan extended congratulations on the 33rd anniversary of the Armenian army celebrated on January 28.
“Dear compatriots, I congratulate you on the occasion of Armenian Army Day! I remain hopeful that the Armenian army will find the strength and resolve to recover and we will witness the emergence of an army capable of securing a genuine and dignified peace for the people,” reads the message.
