Will Armenia allow CSTO mission after EU mission?

A CSTO mission is ready to arrive in Armenia, Russian Ambassador Sergey Kopyrkin said.
"It has been confirmed at the highest level that the CSTO mission is ready to come if the Armenian side is ready," the envoy said.
Now, according to him, these matters, as the Armenian FM had noted earlier, are in the preparation phase.
"I believe that as a result of that preparation, we will know what solutions we will reach," Kopyrkin added.
In February, a civilian EU Mission was launched in Armenia for two years at the request of Yerevan.
