Armenian soldier killed from Azeri fire in Yeraskh section of Armenian-Azerbaijani border

Azerbaijani forces opened targeted fire in the direction of the Armenian positions after the Armenian forces undertook countermeasures to prevent the engineering works of the Azeri forces aimed at advancing their combat positions.
As a result of the reciprocal fire a serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces was killed, Armenian Ministry of Defense reports.
According to it, the Azeri side has casualties too.
The incident took place on July 14 at 10.30am.
"Ministry of Defense of Armenia strongly condemns the regular provocation of the Armenian side and warns that they will always receive strong counteraction. Azerbaijani military-political leadership bears the full responsibility of the further escalation of the situation," MOD said in the released statement.
