Azerbaijan intends to normalize relations with Armenia

The minister recalled that this position has been repeatedly expressed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. "Azerbaijan, based on the norms and principles of international law, respect for territorial integrity, sovereignty and inviolability of internationally recognized borders, advocates the normalization of relations (with Armenia - ed.) And a proposal has been made in this direction," he said.
