Ukraine and Slovakia have come to an agreement on Uzhhorod Airport

The Ukrainian PM shmyhal wrote in his Twitter account that he had discussed with his Slovakian colleague Matovic the issue of the Uzhhorod airport in Ukraine, on the border with Slovakia, UNIAN reports. According to Shmyhal, they had given the green light for resuming the operation of the airport.
Regular flights from Uzhhorod airport were stopped in June 2018. Later that year the airport received a certificate from the European Aviation Security Agency (EASA) and resumed functioning in April 2019.
