Armenia skips CSTO meeting in Almaty
Armenia has opted out of a meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) held in Almaty on Friday.
Yuri Shuvalov of the CSTO secretariat told TASS that Armenia decided to skip the meeting, but had no objection to the adoption of decisions in Almaty in a limited format.
The event is being held within the framework of Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the CSTO.
