US State Department: We continue supporting Armenia-Azerbaijan process

The US continues to believe that peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan is possible. Vedant Patel, Principal Deputy Spokesperson of the US Department of State, noted this at Monday’s Department press briefing.
He noted that the US Secretary of State “and others continue to remain deeply engaged on.”
Patel said that he does not “have any updates on the negotiations between” Yerevan and Baku.
But the US “will continue to support this process,” Patel emphasized.
