Protesters march towards universities in Yerevan

Protesters led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, Primate of the Tavush Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, on Friday marched towards the National Polytechnic University of Armenia after meeting students of Yerevan State University (YSU).
Numerous YSU students boycotted classes to join the Tavush for the Homeland protest movement against the Armenian government’s unilateral territorial concessions to Azerbaijan.
A mass rally led by Archbishop Bagrat was held in the Armenian capital on Thursday to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. According to the Union of Informed Citizens, around 31,700 people were in attendance.
