Armenian, Azerbaijani FMs start talks in Almaty
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov started a meeting on a bilateral peace treaty in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on Friday, RIA Novosti reported.
The foreign ministers of the two countries met last time in Berlin on February 29, where they agreed to continue work on key issues of the peace treaty.
Kazakh Foreign Ministry spokesman Aibek Smadiyarov said earlier that Kazakhstan supported the talks but would not act as a mediator.
