Putin, Pashinyan talk on sidelines of CIS summit
Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the sidelines of an informal summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in St. Petersburg on Tuesday.
The conversation took place during a tour to the Pavlovsk Palace.
A video posted online shows Pashinyan and Putin stand a little apart from other CIS leaders and talk animatedly.
