O’Brien: Secretary Blinken looks forward to hosting Azerbaijan, Armenia FMs in Washington

James O'Brien, Assistant Secretary at the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs of the US Department of State, reflected on his visit to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.
“Had positive and constructive meetings in Baku. As I told [Azerbaijani] President Aliyev, the U.S. welcomes visits by the Central Bank Governor and Energy Minister, and [US] Secretary [of State Antony] Blinken looks forward to hosting [Azerbaijani and Armenian] foreign ministers Bayramov and Mirzoyan in Washington soon for peace negotiations,” O'Brien wrote on X, former Twitter.
