"Putin held a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council," Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA reports citing RIA Novosti.

“An operational meeting was held with the permanent members of the Security Council. In addition to topical current issues, the concept of the humanitarian policy of the Russian Federation was considered in a planned manner,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
