Zelensky's office characterizes Istanbul talks as difficult
The Ukrainian side unveiled the issues discussed during the talks with Russia in Istanbul, APA reports citing the Twitter account of Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine.
"Unconditional security guarantee for Ukraine, effective decisions on ceasefire, humanitarian corridors and humanitarian convoys, adherence to the rules and customs of war by the parties," he said.
