The correspondent of Hraparak paper met in Radisson Blue Hotel in Yerevan the commander of the Russian peacekeeping troops in Karabakh Rustam Muradov.

The paper says in the morning today they learnt that Muradov is going to meet at 12.20 pm Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

The correspondent saw Muradov at the hotel’s parking and asked why Armenia’s officials were stating yesterday that captives were returning from Azerbaijan which though did not happen.

The bodyguard did not allow to take the video of Muradov, this is why only the voice is heard in the footage.
