Return of captives delayed again – Vice PM’s office

The return of captives is again delayed because the adversary does not implement the Point 8 of November 9 trilateral statement which is gross violation of the post-war humanitarian process, office of Armenia’s vice PM Tigran Avinyan said in a statement.
“The negotiations with the mediation of the Russian side continue, and we hope that the Azerbaijani side will finally respect the signed statement and bring into life the humanitarian arrangement promoting with it the establishment of stability in the region,” the statement said.
