"Human casualties - this is the red line both sides tried not to step over", wrote in Facebook Suren Sargsyan, political analyst and expert in international law from Yerevan, while commenting developments between Iran and the United States, according to Tert.am. 

"It all happened as I had predicted. I said that Iran would respond to Soleimani's death. Human casualties - this is the red line both sides tried not to step over. Now it is behind. Naturally, there will be no war on the territories of these states. But Iran will respond. There will be a war of proxies. I don't have any positive forecasts", wrote the expert.
