President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe Tod Wolters, Trend reported. Walters has arrived to Baku for the meeting with Valery Gerasimov, Chief of Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, who had been also received by aliyev earlier today.
