The sanctions that the US is preparing against Turkey over the purchase of the Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems are disrespectful for a NATO partner, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said today,  Anadolu Agency reports.

"The US sanctions against Turkey, an important NATO ally, are disrespectful. This is how I see it," the Turkish leader stressed.
