Students of Bulgarian descent to be exempt from paying university fees in Bulgaria
Students from the Bulgarian diaspora in Albania, Kosovo, Moldova, North Macedonia, Ukraine and Serbia will be exempt from paying fees for their studies in Bulgarian universities, BNR reports. The Bulgarian cabinet decided that these students will receive scholarships amounting to EUR 123 per month in the first year of their studies. The decision concerns the newly admitted students for the 2020-2021 academic year. The students will be able to fill applications through a web portal.
