Iran offers Karabakh conflict settlement with participation of Russia and Turkey

Nagorno Karabakh conflict may be settled on regional level, with the participation of both Russia and Turkey, deputy foreign minister of Iran Abbas Araghchi, who is also Iran’s president special envoy, said in an interview to RIA Novosti.
“The key peculiarity of Iran’s initiative is the regional approach and we can fight and confront this crisis, using regional approach with the participation of countries having influence in the region. Naturally, Russia is one of the core countries, as well as Turkey,” he said.
