Political settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is possible, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, in an interview to Russian media, RIA Novosti reports.
“Of course the political settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is possible. The proposals worked out and still being worked out by the OSCE Minsk Group are on the table of negotiations,” he said.
“This is a step-by-step liberation of the regions around Karabakh, with respect of the security guarantees of Karabakh before its final status is determined,” he said.
