Armenia and Azerbaijan have confirmed the participation of their foreign ministers in the consultations to be held in Moscow on Friday. Active preparations are underway for the event, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told TASS.

"Baku and Yerevan have confirmed their participation in the consultations to be held in Moscow. Active preparations are underway," she said.
