Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) to find ways out of the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh. The representative of the Elysee Palace announced this on Tuesday to Reuters.

"In the coming days, we expect, on the basis of coordination with the Minsk Group, to clarify the situation, identify those responsible for the events and find a way out of the situation," said a representative of the French presidential administration.
